    No. Image to PDF runs entirely locally - in your browser's memory, using JavaScript and pdf-lib. Your photos never leave your device and are never uploaded to a server. We have no access to them at any point in the process.

    The tool accepts up to 10 photos at a time, to keep it fast and lightweight in the browser. If you have more, create several PDFs in batches of 10 (for example, 25 photos = 3 PDFs), then combine them into one final document with our PDF Merge tool. The result is exactly the same, just in two steps instead of one - and with no server upload in either tool.

    Yes - precisely because all processing happens locally in your browser, with no server upload, the tool is suitable for documents, scanned receipts, personal photos and other sensitive images. Close the tab and everything is cleared from memory.

    JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and BMP. JPG and PNG are embedded directly into the PDF, while WEBP/GIF/BMP are automatically converted locally (via a canvas in your browser) to PNG before being added.

    Yes. Simply drag the thumbnails to arrange them the way you want before clicking "Create PDF". The number in the top-left corner of each thumbnail shows its current position.

    "Fit to image" makes each page match the exact proportions of that photo - the cleanest result, with no white bars. A4/Letter create pages of a standard, uniform print size, with the photo centered and scaled to fit within the chosen margin.

    A connection is only needed to load the page initially. Actually creating the PDF from your photos then happens fully offline, in your browser.
